Software and content licensing

We only sell access or licenses to our software and content and not the software itself. So, with a completed purchase, you have no ownership rights. The licensor (Aniblur Games) retains all rights, titles and claims regarding the software and virtual content. Only Aniblur Games is authorized to issue licenses for its software. Therefore, any sharing and distribution of access is prohibited.

Modifying or abusing software

Modifying or reverse engineering of our software is prohibited. Furthermore, our software is not to be combined with other software or tampered with (cheats, exploits, memory editors or similar).
Software errors must not be exploited and must be reported to Aniblur Games either through a support ticket in one of their Discord servers or by email.

Virtual currency

The software may include virtual currency. This virtual currency can only be exchanged for virtual goods and cannot be passed on.
Aniblur Games may offer the option to purchase virtual currency with real currency.
Aniblur Games reserves the right to correct a player's virtual possessions (possibly without explanation).

Removing access

We reserve the right to deny access to our services to any user and to refuse future requests, with or without reason, at any time.
In such a case, neither the amount of money for the software nor the amount of money for virtual content will be refunded.

Internet connection

The software may require an active internet connection to be fully functional.

User account

In order to use the software, an active third-party user account may be required. These third-party providers include Steam, Microsoft, XBOX, Discord, and Rockstar Games. For more information about these third parties, please see our legal notice.

Privacy policy

By downloading, installing, and using our software, you agree to our privacy policies.

Validity

These Terms of Use will remain in effect until amended by Anibur Games. Any access to and use of the software is subject to these terms and agreements.
